2  Cables for Nuclear Power Plant  are suitable for rated voltage 6/10kv and below class 1E loop power distribution system of the nuclear power station workshop. The working temperature can be as low as -40°C.

 

3 Performance

1) Finished products can endure voltage test of 5min under AC 50HE20kv.

2) The Max. operating temperature of the cable conductor is 125°C.

3) The Min. permissible environment temperature of the cable is -40°C, and the service life if 40 years.

4) The surface of cable conductor shall be tinned; the AC resistance of conductor meets the requirement of GB/T3956-1997.

5) Under the temperature of 20°C, the insulation resistance shall be nor less than 300MΩ.Kma

6) the bending radius of the cable shall be not less than 5 times of the cable outer diameter.

7) With good mechanical properties: the finished products shall pass the flexing test and water treatment voltage test after the flexing test.

8) The cables shall have properties of acid and basicity proof, cold proof, water resistance, antiradiation, heat resistance, oil resistance, flame retardance.
