PVC Insulated Electric Wire can be applied for power equipments with a rated voltage of U0/U 450/750V

Standards and Applications

PVC Insulated wires are produced according to GB5023-199 and JB8734-1998 of PRC, which are equivalent to IEC227-1993. The products can be applied for power equipments with a rated voltage of U0/U 450/750 and lower.

Properties

Working Temperature: the conductor’s highest working temperature shall be lower than 70°C or 90°C. Laying Temperature: the cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0°C. Bending Radius: Outer diameter (D)<25mm, the allowable bending radius shall be larger than 4DOuter diameter (D) )>=25mm, the allowable bending radius shall be larger than 6D
